Keeping accounting records in the form of accounting books, tax book of revenues and expenses, lump-sum records on recorded revenues and keeping tax documentation, which consists of:

  • separate records for VAT purposes
  • records of fixed assets and intangible assets, including the calculation of depreciation
  • preparing and submitting tax declarations to the tax office competent for the Contractor
  • determining the amount of advance payments for income tax and VAT settlements and filling in on behalf of the Principal monthly declarations for these advance payments and tax declarations for tax on goods and services, as well as annual returns based on data resulting from entries in the books and other necessary information, provided by the Principal
  • informing the Contractor three days in advance about the dates and amounts of taxes by e-mail along with providing copies of the prepared declarations
  • preparation of mandatory financial statements in accordance with the requirements of the Accounting Act and the Commercial Companies Code
  • preparation of an annual tax return for the corporate income tax of the Principal
  • preparing and sending obligatory reports to the CSO
  • providing business advice
  • update of mandatory data in the tax office and ZUS
  • representation of the Principal before the tax office, ZUS and statistical office and providing all explanations to the control authorities
